Why give to Maria?
Giving to Maria High School creates possibilities for our young women to attend a first-rate high school on the southwest side of Chicago. Maria is a future-focused, community learning center that offers exceptional academic and skilled-based learning opportunities for enrolled students and the community at large.
How You Can Give
- Annual gifts are at the heart of the Maria experience. They help to maintain the day-to-day operations of the school. Through your support you can help students achieve their dreams.
- Scholarships are awarded from the generous contributions received towards paying a Maria High School student's tuition.
- Planned giving and Bequests create opportunities that benefit both the donor and recipient by reducing or eliminating capital gains taxes, federal income taxes, and other financial benefits all while ensuring the longevity of Maria High School.
- Memorial and Honorarium gifts are given in memory of a loved one who has passed away; or a gift in honor of a person still living at the time of the gift. These gifts will appear in our annual report and other publications as specified by the donor.
